We had Thanksgiving with some of my husband's family for the first time in 25 years--we have never lived close enough to any of his family to go for holidays, until recently. My grandmother who passed away many years ago made 2 stuffings. One a typical bread stuffing but the other was amazing..a meat and potato stuffing that I have never seen anywhere else. Thannkfully I do know the ingredients but still it's not the same as when she made it.
